Director and screenwriter Jessica Hausner is one of the most recognized Austrian filmmakers today. He regularly participates in festivals in Cannes and Venice with his films. As part of the retrospective, which also includes the premiere of the director's latest film Club Zero, we will be able to watch how Jessica Hausner works more and more significantly with image stylization sound, as well as with his distinctive, extremely dry humour. During the Days of European Film, viewers will also have the unique opportunity to meet her in person, both as part of the author's introductions to individual films and during the director's masterclass< /a>, which he will lead on Saturday 6 April after the screening of the film Club Zero at the Světozor Cinema in Prague.
